目的：探讨个性化的家长介入干预对自闭症症状的改善效果．方法：9个自闭症儿童家长参与本干预研究．根据自闭症儿童的不同症状，干预师指导家长采取不同的介入干预方法；家长在家执行干预，同时录制视频，并将这些视频发给干预师，干预师看完后及时给予家长反馈、指导．采用儿童自闭症评定量表（Childhood Autism Rating Scale,CARS）等问卷进行前后施测．结果：自闭症儿童的自闭症严重程度显著降低（t=2.83,p=0.022），效果量d为1.25，为大效果量；家长的情绪幸福水平提升，达到边缘显著（t=-1.95,p=0.087），效果量d为0.70，为中等效果量；家长的干预满意度较高（M=4.11,SD=0.78）．结论：个性化的家长介入干预可有效改善自闭症症状，提高家长的情绪幸福和干预满意度．
Abstract：The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy of personalized parent-mediated intervention in alleviating autistic symptoms.Nine parents of children with autism participated in this intervention study.Based on the diverse symptoms of each child with autism,therapists guided parents to implement tailored intervention strategies.Parents carried out the interventions at home,recorded videos of the sessions,and shared these videos with therapists,who provided timely feedback and guidance after review.The Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)and other questionnaires were administered pre-and post-intervention.The results showed that the severity of autism in children was significantly reduced(t=2.83,p=0.022),with a large effect size(d=1.25).Parental emotional well-being improved,showing marginal significance(t=-1.95,p=0.087)with a moderate effect size(d=0.70).Parental satisfaction with the intervention was high(M=4.11,SD=0.78).This study indicated that personalized parent-mediated intervention can effectively improve autistic symptoms,and enhance parental emotional well-being and intervention satisfaction.
